Sharing Information With Independent Providers

When you submit the GoVesty information-request form, you may consent to GoVesty sharing your information with participating independent third-party providers related to your stated interests.

GoVesty does not automatically make every form submission available to every provider.

When you request or authorize an introduction related to your stated interests, GoVesty may share information reasonably necessary to facilitate that introduction with the applicable provider.

The provider may then contact you directly regarding your request.

Participating providers are independent businesses and maintain their own privacy practices. Once your information is provided to an independent provider, that provider’s use of your information is subject to its own privacy policies and legal obligations.

Provider Compensation

Participating providers pay GoVesty a fixed monthly marketing fee.

This fee is not based on whether you invest or how much you invest.

This financial relationship does not change the privacy choices described in this Policy.

Other Ways We May Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business and website, such as:

  • Website hosting providers
  • Database and cloud-storage providers
  • Email and communication providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Security and fraud-prevention providers

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for GoVesty or as otherwise permitted by law.

Business Transfers

If GoVesty is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, restructuring, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Disclosure of Personal Information

GoVesty does not sell personal information in exchange for direct payment specifically for that personal information.

As described in this Privacy Policy, GoVesty may share personal information with participating independent providers when a customer requests or authorizes an introduction. GoVesty also receives fixed monthly marketing fees from participating providers.

Privacy laws may define the terms ‘sale,’ ‘share,’ or similar concepts differently depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances. GoVesty will provide any disclosures, choices, or opt-out rights required by applicable law.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

GoVesty uses certain browser technologies, including local storage, to remember a visitor’s analytics preference.

GoVesty also uses Google Analytics 4 (“Google Analytics”), an analytics service provided by Google, to help understand how visitors interact with the website and to improve the website and user experience.

Google Analytics is optional on the GoVesty website. On a visitor’s first visit, analytics is disabled by default. Google Analytics does not load unless the visitor selects “Accept Analytics” through GoVesty’s cookie and analytics consent banner.

If a visitor accepts analytics, Google Analytics may collect information about use of the website, such as pages viewed, interactions with the website, browser and device information, referring information, general geographic information, and general usage information. GoVesty does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form responses, funding information, consent information, or GoVesty or Zoho record identifiers to Google Analytics.

If a visitor selects “Reject Non-Essential,” Google Analytics remains disabled and GoVesty does not load the Google Analytics tag for that visitor.

A visitor’s analytics preference is stored locally in the visitor’s browser so GoVesty can remember that choice. Visitors can change their analytics preference at any time by selecting “Cookie Preferences” in the website footer.

GoVesty currently keeps advertising-related Google consent settings disabled and does not use this Google Analytics implementation for Google Ads remarketing or advertising personalization.

Information collected through Google Analytics is also subject to Google’s own privacy practices. For more information about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use Google services, see Google’s Privacy & Terms.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to customer requests, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Data Security

GoVesty uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information.

No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send sensitive financial credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, or similar highly sensitive information through the GoVesty website or ordinary email.

These may include the right to:
