Disclosures

GoVesty, LLC (“GoVesty”) is an education and marketing company focused on providing general information about alternative investments.

GoVesty is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, securities issuer, fiduciary, custodian, financial planner, tax advisor, accounting firm, or law firm.

GoVesty does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. GoVesty does not recommend, select, approve, rank, or determine the suitability of any investment or opportunity for any person.

GoVesty does not offer, issue, sell, broker, execute, sponsor, manage, or hold investments or securities. GoVesty does not accept, hold, transfer, invest, or manage customer funds or assets.

Independent Third-Party Providers

GoVesty may, when requested, introduce customers to participating independent third-party providers.

Participating providers are separate and independent businesses. Each provider is solely responsible for its own opportunities, offering materials, representations, rates, terms, fees, agreements, regulatory compliance, handling of funds, administration, performance, and repayment obligations.

GoVesty does not control or manage participating providers or their opportunities.

Any investment relationship, agreement, transfer of funds, or transaction occurs directly between the customer and the independent provider. GoVesty is not a party to the investment agreement.

GoVesty has no ownership or financial interest in the investment opportunity itself.

Provider Compensation

Participating providers pay GoVesty a fixed monthly marketing fee.

This fee is not based on whether a customer invests, the amount a customer invests, or the performance or outcome of an investment.

Because participating providers compensate GoVesty, GoVesty has a financial relationship with providers featured or introduced through the platform. Customers should consider this relationship when evaluating information presented by GoVesty.

Investment Risk

All investments involve risk.

Alternative investments may involve risks that differ from publicly traded stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or other traditional investments.

Depending on the opportunity, risks may include:

  • Partial or complete loss of principal
  • Limited liquidity or an inability to sell or exit an investment
  • Long or uncertain holding periods
  • Borrower or counterparty default
  • Real estate or collateral value declines
  • Business or project failure
  • Limited financial or operating information
  • Changes in economic, market, regulatory, or tax conditions

Rates, returns, income, distributions, appreciation, performance, and repayment of principal are not guaranteed.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Any stated or projected rate, return, income, or performance information is provided by the applicable independent provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

GoVesty does not independently verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of provider-supplied information, projections, valuations, financial information, or future performance.

Due Diligence

Customers are responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before making any investment decision.

This may include reviewing offering documents, agreements, financial information, collateral, liens, fees, risks, provider history, principals, licenses or registrations when applicable, and other material information.

Customers should ask questions and independently verify information presented by a provider.

Customers should consult their own appropriately licensed financial, tax, accounting, and legal professionals before making an investment decision.

Self-Directed Retirement Accounts

Certain alternative investments may be eligible to be held through a self-directed IRA or another eligible self-directed retirement account.

GoVesty is not a retirement account custodian or administrator and does not determine whether a particular investment is permitted within any retirement account.

Self-directed retirement accounts may involve custodian requirements, fees, tax consequences, prohibited-transaction rules, disqualified-person rules, and other restrictions.

Customers should confirm eligibility and requirements directly with their account custodian or administrator and qualified tax and legal professionals before using retirement funds.

Educational Content

Information provided on GoVesty.com, in emails, educational materials, conversations, or other communications is provided for general educational and marketing purposes only.

Educational content should not be interpreted as personalized advice, a recommendation, an endorsement of an investment, or a determination that an opportunity is suitable for any person.

Information may become outdated or incomplete. GoVesty does not guarantee that all educational content is current, complete, or error-free.

No Guarantees

GoVesty makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Investment performance
  • Rates or returns
